Felna is a transgender Swan, a very beautiful, kind and fair queen for her people. When she was a young Swan, she met her future husband Guillaz at a rave. She was questioning her identity, and Guillaz helped her figure it out, this bringing them closer.
Felna as a teenager loved to wear scene clothing! Felna was part of the Monstruous Moths, the friend group including her, Guillaz and their two friends, Dragonfly and Firefly.
After she and her partner became rulers of Sygnalus together, Guillaz started to act stranger and stranger towards his subjects, leading every Swan to fear him. Guillaz was persuaded that her subjects wanted to hurt his family, and even though Felna assured her there was nothing to worry about, the king did not listen. His paranoia got worse when they had a son, Touan.

When Guillaz, stabbed Dragonfly, Felna was feeling way too confused to even order her guards to arrest him. The queen then hosted a big reunion and asked her subjects if they were feeling safer with Guillaz locked up, which everyone disagreed with. It's with pain that she admitted exiling him to the Gate was the better option for everyone, but little did she expect her husband would be turned into a monstrous creature as soon as they entered the portal.

Felna had no choice but to rule Sygnalus alone, taking care as much as she could of her two years old child, Touan. She eventually told him years later what had happened to his father.
